The United Way of Youngstown and the Mahoning Valley’s 2027 Request For Proposal (RFP) Investment Process provides an opportunity for nonprofit, 501(c)(3) health and human service agencies in Mahoning County to submit proposals for funding in line with our focus areas: education and emergency services.
